Superannuation
Guarantee Charge (SGC)
Every employer must provide employees
a minimum level of superannuation support.
This requirement is enforced under the Superannuation
Guarantee Charge (SGC) rules.
If the required level of support is not provided, an
employer is taxed the equivalent amount underprovided.
